We are proud to be located in one of the most unique, authentic and mysterious cities in the United States. It is our desire to capture the heart and soul of the city that we call home from the sky. We are proudly listed as a five star provider and one of the top outdoor activities in New Orleans by TripAdvisor. In addition, we have received the Certificate of Excellence award multiple times based on our consistently great reviews by all our happy patrons!
We are taking extra precautions and are disinfecting commonly used surfaces regularly. We are thoroughly disinfecting each aircraft before each flight. Hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol, hand soap, no-touch trash cans, aircraft disinfectants, and disposable towels are available for clients during your visit.
Everyone who comes into our office is currently required to wear a mask. We are checking temperatures and wellness (using the CDC’s list of symptoms) upon arrival for all guests and staff. We are also checking if you’ve been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19. The front door will be locked in order to limit the number of people in the office at one time, so please call 504-241-9131 or 1-877-FLY NOLA when you arrive and we’ll let you know if you need to wait or if it’s OK to come inside. All guests are required to sign a waiver. All guests are required to bring their own aviation headset, or purchase a reusable mic muff if you do not have a headset. Unfortunately, this is the only part of the headset we are unable to sanitize, so we are requiring everyone to have their own.
If you are unable to fly due to COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival, or if you’ve shown them in the 14 days prior to your flight, our standard cancellation policies and rescheduling fees apply. For most activities, as long as we have 72 hours notice, we can reschedule at no charge.
We have face masks available for purchase. If your activity is during regular office hours, we can accept payment via credit/debit card or cash. If your activity is outside regular office hours (8:30am - 5:30pm), we can accept cash in the exact amount. Our pilots do not have access to change outside of office hours.
Right now, we are allowing guests in the office by appointment only, in order to limit the number of people at one time. We’d love to set up a time to answer your questions in person, or we can answer questions over the phone. Just give us a call at 504-241-9131 or 1-877-FLY NOLA.
Our tours operate seven days a week between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. All tours 5:00 PM and later will be subject to our after-hours pricing.

Refunds are not permitted. All sales are final. New Orleans Aerial Tours & Flight Training requires a 72 hour notice to reschedule without charge. If we are not provided sufficient notice, client forfeits the full amount of their payment and/or voucher and any additional upgrades purchased. At the time of your order, we remove the availability of tickets/planes from your chosen time from our inventory, reducing the number of flights available that day. While this allows our customers the benefit of a guaranteed experience, it prevents us from overselling or reselling in the event that you do not attend your chosen flight time.
In the event of a unique weather occurrence, New Orleans Aerial Tours & Flight Training reserves the right to alter, modify, or reschedule any tours due to weather or unsafe conditions within two weeks of the original reservation. Refunds are not available if a flight must be rescheduled due to weather conditions. Ticket holders should have an alternate date/time in mind should weather pose an inconvenience.
There is a 10 minute grace period after your scheduled flight time. For late shows beyond 10 minutes, we cannot guarantee the full time reserved, and we reserve the right to reduce your flight by the time delayed.

For more details about flying with children, visit the FAA’s website here. All participants 5 years or older must be paid for as a passenger in the airplane. Please keep in mind that all tours are a minimum purchase of 2 passengers, regardless of age.

Failure to abide by these policies will result in immediate forfeit of the full amount paid.

All tours are conducted in comfortable, airworthy 4-passenger airplanes, either a Cessna 172 or Piper Archer III. Our tours are NOT conducted in helicopters.
Each tour is a private, scenic plane ride with just your party on board. We do have a maximum of 3 passengers per aircraft.
